Congratulations to Tastes Like Chicken for their championship win.

Reminder that there is a Thursday game this week, and final lineups are due on Saturday this

week instead of Sunday because most of the games this week are on Saturday.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Playoff note for lineups.

When you submit your lineup for a Playoff game, you will need to pick a 10th and a 11th player to use as your tie breaker players. The tie breaker players can be a RB, WR, or TE. When you submit your lineup, you will need to list in the comment box at the bottom of your submit page with your 10th and 11th tie breaker players. You will need to list which player is your 10th player, and which is your 11th player, because if both teams are tied with their 9 players in their lineup, then both teams would go to their 10th player as the tie breaker. If both teams are still tied using their 10th player, then both teams would go to their 11th player as their tie breaker. If both teams are still tied after using both their 10th and 11th players, then the team that has the highest potenial points would win the game. If a team forgets to list their 10th and 11th players for their tie breaker players , then that team is out of luck if their game is tied and they have to go to the tie breaker players. We also do not roll over lineups during the playoffs.

(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 26, 2011) In a week 16 GreatLakes matchup, Tastes Like Chicken beat a strong Army of Darkness team by a score of 151 to 112, extending the winning streak for Tastes Like Chicken to 3 games.

Tastes Like Chicken were led to their 39 point victory by a 49 point effort from Matthew Stafford, who tore apart the San Diego Chargers defense for 373 passing yards and 3 passing TDs in addition to 5 rushing yards. With this performance, Stafford was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 28 point effort from Arian Foster, who beat the Indianapolis Colts defense for 158 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 16 receiving yards.

"It wasn't pretty but we'll take it," Tastes Like Chicken coach Don Best said.

Army of Darkness were helped out in a losing cause by a 41 point effort from Drew Brees, who beat the Atlanta Falcons defense for 307 passing yards and 4 passing TDs in addition to 9 rushing yards. With this performance, Brees was the number 4 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 16. They also got help from a 19 point effort from Ray Rice, who got by the Cleveland Browns defense for 87 rushing yards in addition to 48 receiving yards.

"The best team won today," Army of Darkness coach Mark McDaniels said.

Army of Darkness drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 10 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 16.

This brings the record for Tastes Like Chicken to 9-4, and drops Army of Darkness to a record of 12-1.
